1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jili9 ("jili9," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jili9 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at jili9.club (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any jili9 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jili9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law applicable to casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jili9 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from jili9 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion order.

jili9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jili9 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account on jili9. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili9 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify jili9 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jili9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified jili9 of a security breach in a timely manner.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

jili9 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your bank's policies.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. jili9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts not matching your jili9 registration details may be reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• jili9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations;
• Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during business hours.

All transactions on jili9 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jili9 does not accept or process cryptocurrency transactions of any kind.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jili9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus rules applicable to all jili9 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted based on account status, location, or payment method;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jili9 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

jili9 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game environment.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jili9's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result. jili9's decision on all gameplay disputes is final, subject to the escalation procedure described in Section 14.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player tier;
• jili9 reserves the right to void bets placed after the official close of a betting window due to technical error or system malfunction;
• Winnings resulting from a manifest error — including incorrect odds, software bugs, or human error — may be voided at jili9's discretion;
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during gameplay; jili9 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jili9 to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to jili9;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jili9 Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili9 staff, support agents, or other players;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

jili9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the Platform.

Players may request the following responsible gaming tools at any time by contacting jili9 support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jili9 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of jili9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any jili9 trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of jili9's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jili9.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game due to technical issues, maintenance, or regulatory requirements;
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate information displayed due to a technical error, provided jili9 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly;
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond jili9's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jili9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. jili9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

jili9 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jili9 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to jili9's legal retention obligations. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 14.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jili9, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jili9 customer support. jili9 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising under these Terms.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jili9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jili9 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jili9.club/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jili9 support. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 4.
