10 Your Data Subject Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by jili9. To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 13.

jili9 will respond to all data subject rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, in which case jili9 will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it. There is no fee for exercising your rights, unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

If you are not satisfied with jili9's response to your data subject rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

11 Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

The jili9 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. jili9 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The minimum age requirement is a mandatory legal obligation under Philippine law applicable to casino-style gambling activities.

jili9 employs age verification procedures during the registration process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If jili9 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the relevant account will be immediately closed, all deposits refunded, any winnings forfeited, and the personal data securely deleted.

12 Changes to This Privacy Policy

jili9 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever material changes are made.
